Work description: The advertising agency Control Bureau was in charge of organizing the presentation of the new mandarin flavour of Absolut vodka in Mexico-City. The event was situated in the most expensive avenue of the city where all luxury brands have their stores. Ten visual artists where in charge of designing the window shops with a mandarin-based theme without affecting the brand identities.
My work included providing all the materials and necessities for the visual artists. I also organized and coordinated the supplier planning for the entire event, including flower service, lighting equipment, and catering.
